How much will my rent be?

Each of our locations offers a different type of federal subsidized program or affordable rent program for individuals and families in need. Please contact each office directly to obtain more information on the rental rates, subsidy programs, tenant selection criteria and availability.

What is the availability?

Affordable housing is in very high demand and none of our locations have immediate availability. All of our properties have waiting lists. All applications are added to the waiting list based on date and time received when an apartment complex reopens its waiting list. Please contact each office directly for more information on waiting-list time frames, tenant selection criteria and applications.

How long is the waitlist?

Each property holds a separate waiting list. You should contact each property management office directly to obtain the most current waiting list information.

What are the amenities?

All of our properties have on-site laundry facilities and standard appliances (refrigerator and stove). Amenities vary at each property. We encourage you to contact each property for amenity details.

Do you provide any extra services for residents?

Brothers Property Management has launched its Resident Service program at certain properties within our portfolio. Professional service coordinators work with our residents to ensure they receive customized social services, from home-delivered meals to job counseling, if requested. Contact the management office directly to ask if this program is already in place at the property you are interested in, or if it is coming soon.

Do you allow pets?

Each community has a pet policy. This policy outlines if a pet is allowed, the standard pet deposit and any other requirements for having a pet in the community. Please contact the property directly if you are interested in more information. Assistance animals are allowed at all Brothers communities.
