Our Home Modification and Repair (HMR) Department is dedicated to improving residential safety, accessibility, and addressing aging-home concerns for disabled and elderly homeowners across Colorado.

Our Partnership Approach

Our HMR Department collaborates closely with local governments to fund programs such as Help for Homes, Home Rehabilitation, and Home Modification. These partnerships enable us to provide crucial repairs and modifications to thousands of homes across the Front Range.

Our Home Modification and Repair Program serves communities across the Denver metro area and Colorado Springs, spanning multiple counties throughout the state.
