Property Operations and Asset Management

Property management operates assets and provides services in accordance with any applicable federal (HUD), state and local laws and regulations, including a non-discrimination policy that prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, disability, national origin and age.

Brothers Property Management ensures assets continue to operate according to owner expectations by maintaining excellent curb appeal and property condition, creating property budgets and overseeing financial conditions and expenses; and, recruiting and retaining residents.

Property Accounting

Brothers Property Management’s accounting services oversees all accounts payable processing, account reconciliation and assistance with the auditing process. We  can provide a variety of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.

Maintenance

Brothers Property Management’s maintenance services are offered as a contracted service. Our maintenance team will make all ordinary repairs and replacements reasonably necessary to preserve the premises in its present condition, for the operating efficiency of the property and to comply with any funding agencies, governmental inspections, or other entities that are authorized to direct such improvements. Our maintenance team takes a proactive approach by creating and working with a preventative maintenance schedule and conducting thorough inspections of the property.

Our maintenance services include general plumbing; electrical; carpentry;  HVAC; painting; snow removal from sidewalks and pathways; and, miscellaneous building repairs.

Resident Services

A Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) is a social service support professional who works with families, the elderly and persons with disabilities. An RSC can:

  • Provide a resource directory for residents
  • Educate on available community services and programs
  • Determine benefits and assist in applying for benefits under federal, state and local programs
  • Facilitate health and well-being programming and resources
  • Connect residents to employment and education strategic programming
  • Enhance socialization and independence by organizing and staging gatherings and activities
  • Assist with resident advocacy
  • Inform residents so they can make decisions regarding living wills, powers of attorney, prescription benefit plans, budgeting and balancing their checkbook, and more.
