Home Modification & Repair FAQ

Low- and/or fixed-income seniors (60 years of age and older) whose homes are in need of repair or modification; and, individuals with disabilities who require medical and mobility-related modifications to their homes.

Call us at 1-844-926-6632 or 303-202-6340 to request an application and speak to a customer service representative.

Depending on a client’s qualifications, the location of their home and the type of work that is being requested, there are many resources available to help cover costs associated with essential modifications and repairs. Instead of giving up hope, give us a call to see if you might qualify for financial assistance from one of these many existing resources.

HMR offers a warranty on parts and labor for 12 months from the date the work is completed. It covers the repair of any materials installed or used during the project as well as all labor associated with those repairs. It does not cover damage due to use, weather or accident. Any warranty on work performed by a subcontractor would be as provided by the subcontractor.

Don’t worry. The HMR team works extremely hard to complete projects in a timely manner. Given the high demand for our services among clients throughout the metro area, however, it’s not uncommon for the process to take a few weeks from the initial assessment to completion.

Because our program takes us into the homes of trusting residents, Brothers Redevelopment hires only qualified staff with stellar references who have completed a thorough background check. Client safety and comfort is our priority.
