Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program
Colorado’s Emergency Mortgage Assistance Program uses federal Homeowner Assistance Funds to help homeowners affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, get caught up on past-due housing/mobile home payments, property taxes, lot rent, insurance and housing utilities.

Denver Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance Program
Brothers Redevelopment is thrilled to announce the return of the City of Denver’s Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance (TRUA) Program! We understand the challenges many households face, and we’re here to provide support.
Important Update: Denver’s Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance (TRUA) Program has reached capacity for the current month and will begin accepting applications again at midnight (12 a.m. MT) on Tuesday, February 18.

Colorado Emergency Rental Assistance Program
The Division of Housing (DOH) provides emergency rental assistance for Coloradans who are behind on rent, meet income eligibility and other qualifying criteria, and are at risk of eviction or displacement. Applications will be randomly selected, with priority given to individuals facing eviction.
The next pre-application window is slated to open at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 10, 2025, and close at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2025.
