Section 3 Program

The Section 3 program requires Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. (BRI) a recipient of HUD funding to direct employment, training, and contracting opportunities to low-income individuals and the businesses that employ these persons within their community. Section 3 is a provision of the HUD Act of 1968 and is found at 12 U.S.C. 1701u. The regulations are found at 24 CFR Part 75. 

Maintenance Technician Denver

The purpose of this position is to perform various maintenance and cleaning tasks essential to the upkeep of the rental communities managed by Brothers Property Management.

Lead Maintenance Technician

As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you oversee ongoing facility maintenance and repairs to keep the company’s rental communities managed by Brothers Property Management operating and appearing at their best. This position will report directly to the Director of Maintenance.

Assistant Community Manager

The purpose of this position is to provide clerical and administrative support to the property and assist in the day-to-day operations to ensure long-term viability of the property assigned within the Brothers Property Management (BPM) Portfolio.

Community Manager, SP Crossing

The purpose of this position is to provide management direction, leadership, and oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure long-term viability of the properties assigned within the Brothers Property Management (BPM) Portfolio. This position requires a background in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC). The ideal candidate will utilize independent judgment, timely management of deadlines as well as discretion in fulfilling responsibilities.

Housing Stability Case Manager

The Housing Stability Case Manager is a key role within Brothers Redevelopment, Inc. (BRI), responsible for providing short-term case management services that enable eligible households to obtain or maintain housing stability. This position involves direct client support, assessments, planning, and coordination of resources to help individuals and families overcome barriers to housing. The Case Manager will focus on the Temporary Rental and Utility Assistance (TRUA) and COVID Emergency Rental Assistance (CERA) programs.

Housing Navigator

Operated by the long-established housing nonprofit Brothers Redevelopment, Colorado Housing Connects (CHC) (1-844-926-6632) is a one-of-a-kind housing helpline that helps consumers across the state navigate all manner of housing issue and concern–offering information and strategies to
equip them with the tools to make an informed decision about their situation. Our Housing Navigator will provide individualized support to each caller and help them develop a plan to find and sustain safe and long-term housing, or to address a specific housing need. The Housing Navigator identifies
each area in which clients need assistance to accomplish the outlined goals and objectives (i.e., applying for public benefits, identifying subsidized housing, etc.) and provides follow-up to secure a desired outcome.

Resident Service Coordinator

The primary function of the Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) is to effectively facilitate services to assist residents. They may provide: information and referrals; plan educational programs; and coordinate volunteer opportunities. The RSC provides the resident with both educational information and supportive access to local services and resources that can assist residents in achieving their housing and service needs. The RSC works in conjunction with the Community Manager and corporate management at our Senior/Disabled Housing facility located in Edgewater, Colorado.

Reporting to the Director of Home Modification and Repair Department, the Project Manager, for Denver and Front Range is a crucial member of the team. This position supports community specific single family home rehabilitation programs and associated scheduling, logistics, compliance, and subcontractor oversight activities.

Payroll Specialist – Benefits Assistant

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for processing bi-weekly payroll (26 pay periods per year), bonus payments, employee offboarding, and HR assistance for Brothers benefits administration, participate in benefit open enrollment and on-boarding and off-boarding and vendor compliance.

Lead Housing Navigator

Operated by the long-established housing nonprofit Brothers Redevelopment, Colorado Housing Connects (CHC) (1-844-926-6632) is a one-of-a-kind housing helpline that helps consumers across the state navigate all manner of housing issue and concern–offering information and strategies to equip
them with the tools to make an informed decision about their situation. Our Lead Housing Navigator will help support the CHC team while also providing direct client services.


Supporting the CHC team will entail training new staff, troubleshooting difficult client scenarios, building partnerships with external stakeholders, organizing referral resource documents, and helping to facilitate CHC workflow processes, among other activities, to ensure the successful
delivery of navigation services.


Direct client services will include providing individualized support to each caller with the goal of helping them develop a plan to find and sustain safe and long-term housing or to address a specific housing need. Housing Navigators identify each area in which clients need assistance to accomplish
the outlined goals and objectives (i.e., applying for public benefits, identifying subsidized housing, etc.) and provides follow-up to secure a desired outcome.
