Affordable housing options in Aurora just got a major boost with the grand opening of Eagle Meadow Homes, and Brothers Property Management is excited to be part of the journey.
Developed by Community Housing Partners, Eagle Meadow Homes is located at 14965 E. 2nd Ave. and is now leasing to households earning between 30 and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI), with the average income at 48% AMI. This community features 141 one-, two-, and three-bedroom units and will be managed by Brothers Property Management.
The grand opening event on Oct. 15 brought together key community leaders, including Gov. Jared Polis, Aurora Mayor Mike Coffman, Arapahoe County Commissioner Bill Holen, and representatives from Brothers Property Management.
“We are excited to partner with Community Housing Partners in managing Eagle Meadow Homes, a development that brings much-needed affordable housing to Aurora,” said Tiffani Thomas, Director of Brothers Property Management. “This community will provide quality homes to families and individuals who need it most, and we look forward to supporting its residents with compassionate, reliable property management.”
